Job Description

Jimmy Fairly is looking for a PR & Influence Coordinator to support its expansion into the Middle East, with the role based in its London HQ.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Manager for the UK & Middle East and collaborating closely with the communications team at our Paris headquarters, you will play a key role in launching the brand in the region by driving media visibility and overseeing press & influencer relations.

Your responsibilities will include shaping and executing the PR & Influence strategy across key Middle Eastern markets (including the UAE, Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain), tracking performance metrics, and managing product requests, gifting, and media engagement.

YOUR MISSION:

Your main missions would be the following:

Influence
  • Develop and execute the Middle East influence strategy (including celebrities, KOLs, and influencers) in alignment with local, regional, and global communication plans, working closely with the central PR team to strengthen Jimmy Fairly’s international presence.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for influencer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional influencers, including celebrities, KOLs, stylists, and artists, while overseeing the annual activation strategy.
  • Handle influencer requests and logistics, such as lookbooks and gifting.
  • Support the management of entertainment endorsement opportunities, including red carpet appearances etc.
  • Continuously assess the impact of Middle Eastern brand ambassadors and overall brand awareness.
  • Oversee influencer activations, including visits, events, and trips.
PR
  • Develop and execute the Middle East PR strategy in alignment with local, regional, and global communication plans, collaborating closely with the central PR team.
  • Identify and leverage PR opportunities by crafting compelling press angles that align with the brand’s DNA and market positioning, enhancing visibility across the region.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Middle Eastern media.
  • Proactively manage media requests, including shoots, interviews, lookbooks, and special projects.
  • Organise and coordinate press-related events to maximise brand exposure.
  • Track, log, and report on all media coverage to measure impact and performance.
Budget and Reporting
  • Oversee expenses, track invoices, and manage payments as needed.
  • Compile and share PR coverage across print and digital platforms with HQ approval.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly reports, weekly media reviews, and competitor analysis.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • A team player with strong empathy, able to collaborate across departments, think creatively, and thrive under tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in-house or at an agency.
  • A deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market and culture is essential.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with key opinion leaders.
  • Established media network and experience working with Middle Eastern press.
  • Solid understanding of media formats, digital platforms, and emerging social media trends.
  • Knowledge of fashion, lifestyle, and media industries, as well as local customs, is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
