POSITION: PR COORDINATOR
DEPARTMENT: PR
LOCATION: LONDON
REPORTS TO: PR MANAGER

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Parfums Christian Dior has an exciting opportunity for a PR Coordinator to join the high functioning PR Team, working across the brands makeup and skincare categories to drive all Press and Influencer activations. The main purpose of the role will be to assist the PR Team with the day to day running of the Department.

Job Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the PR Manager in achieving the departments key objectives and KPIs (Makeup and Skincare categories)
2. Support the PR team in the organisation, planning and execution of press and social media campaigns and special projects involving influencers and / or VIP & Experts
3. Support the PR Team in the organisation of all launches and trips for both press and influencers
4. Be the key point of contact for journalist and Influencer requests, fulfilling all enquiries quickly and efficiently
5. Daily review of media (magazines, newspapers, digital platforms, social media platforms) for coverage and trends
6. Researching and analysing new profiles to target (influencers, KOL, experts, celebrities)
7. Ensure prompt send out of all new launches to the appropriate audience
8. Oversee and update the contact databases on a regular basis
9. Manage all press cuttings and influencer coverage in terms of collation, presentation and distribution internally and to the International Team in an appropriate and timely manner
10. Support in tracking and reporting EMV ranking for Influencer activations
11. Control product cupboard stock and efficiently order stock for launches and send-outs
12. Compile competitor analysis
13. Day-to-day administrative duties including but not limited to raising purchase orders

Profile

1. Relevant PR experience (preferably Beauty industry)
2. A passion for PR and a love for traditional media, social media and pop culture
3. Able to demonstrate their passion and eagerness to work for Parfums Christian Dior
4. Ability to show some understanding of how PR success drives business results
5. Minimum three years of experience in a Press Office and / or PR Agency
