In your role as our ‘PR and Social Media Manager’ you’ll primarily be responsible for driving forward our PR and Social Media efforts to support our overall marketing efforts and brand growth. You’ll work multi-channel across our marketing mix, taking ownership and responsibility for campaigns and activity that help drive brand awareness, as well as acquisition.

You will also work closely with an exciting and innovative Creative and PR agency to manage campaigns end-to-end, helping to define and implement a new strategic approach that delivers our brand story. You’ll work collaboratively alongside colleagues who own different areas of our marketing mix, supporting and guiding one another to achieve and drive meaningful results.

Role overview:

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Our PR and Social Media channels; managing the relationships, briefs, and outputs with our Creative and PR agencies.
  2. Developing and executing effective PR and Social strategies, with a distinct focus on consumer media and consumer digital channels.
  3. Managing Social and PR calendars and execute campaign activity that delivers our commercial and brand objectives.
  4. Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of our campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Producing market and competitor analysis via research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  6. Management of the PR and Social marketing budget and demonstrating direct ROI to activities.
  7. Monitoring and evaluating our online reputation and sentiment, as well as providing recommendations and activity to improve it.
  8. Contributing towards and helping develop multi-channel marketing strategy that facilitates customer acquisition and retention.

You will need:

  1. First-hand experience as a manager of PR and Social media channels.
  2. Ability to manage agency and 3rd party partners.
  3. Ability to identify creative and innovative opportunities.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong influencing and presentation skills.
  6. Good digital marketing knowledge or savvy.
  7. Budget management.
