Location: Central London (Remote or hybrid)

Salary: Up to £43K + Twice-Yearly Bonus

We’re hiring an Account Manager for the esports division of a globally respected gaming PR agency. Known for delivering standout campaigns across competitive gaming, B2B tech, and youth culture, this team works with the most iconic names in the space — from elite esports orgs and tournament providers to hardware brands and talent. You’ll be leading high-impact campaigns, managing junior team members, and working directly with clients to shape creative PR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading day-to-day client management for major esports and gaming accounts
• Driving proactive media relations, talent campaigns, and product storytelling
• Managing influencers, creators, and community-led campaigns
• Mentoring junior team members and managing account delivery
• Contributing to brainstorms, proposals, and new business

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong PR agency experience at AM level (esports, gaming, sport, youth culture or tech)
• Confident client handler, campaign planner, and team manager
• Deep understanding of gaming and esports communities, platforms, and narratives
• Creative thinker with strong media contacts and passion for the space
• Calm under pressure and a motivating team presence
