Electrical PPM Engineer - South East London

Salary: £46,000-£50,000 + Excellent Benefits

Shift Pattern: Continental Shift Pattern

Start Date: May

We're on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a forward-thinking team in South East London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) background and solid knowledge of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
2. Inspection, testing, and fault finding
3. Maintaining lighting, distribution boards, motors, and control panels
4. Working on single and three-phase systems
5. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards

Requirements:

1. Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical Installation
2. 18th Edition certification
3. Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
4. Comfortable working independently or as part of a shift team
