About the role

We are looking for a rockstar PPC Ads specialist who has demonstrable experience in running advertising campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and mobile app installs for eCommerce, technology, and B2B businesses.

This means you have developed strategy, set up, optimised, and scaled ad campaigns for businesses driving results around purchases, ROI, CPA, ROAS, and CPI.

You have worked across a range of businesses and have demonstrable experience in taking accounts from £100 a day to £1000 a day whilst driving great performance.

You test copy, objectives, audiences & creative constantly and understand the framework required to successfully take accounts from testing to scaling.

You know how to implement multiple tactics to improve conversions, ROI, and ROAS in Google Ads; Shopping - Apple Search is a bonus.

You have the confidence and project management skills to look after multiple projects at one time and can diversify your skillset to make sure you can make a variety of project types perform.

You have the technical skillset to implement pixels and pixel events, set up audiences, and maybe you use some tools to help you manage the workflow of managing ads to make sure they perform.

You love digital marketing and you are familiar with marketing across multiple channels and types including social, advertising, email, conversion rate optimisation, website & marketing audits.

As the PPC Specialist, you understand the importance of everything that happens after the click, so will be well versed in conversion rate optimisation, email marketing strategies, and some growth hacks, and will work with the respective teams at Favoured to ensure your ads can perform the best they can.

Please also share some examples of the successes you have had in the past. We are not looking for someone who can just set up PPC ads; anyone can set up PPC ads. We are looking for someone who understands the intrinsic complexities of running campaigns to drive results and the strategies and tactics involved in delivering results - if a campaign doesn't drive results you are quick to react to test, learn, fix or completely rip it up and start again.

You will be working alongside a team of marketing and creative professionals with over 50 years of combined experience coming from the likes of Apple, Universal Music, MTV, BBC, Live Nation, and Ticketmaster - joining a collective who are disrupting the way marketing and creative is serviced.
