The ideal candidate will have 1.5-2 years of experience in PPC/Paid Media marketing and be ready to manage and optimise campaigns across multiple platforms.

Celebrating our 19th birthday this year, we are an independent agency looking for a PPC Executive.

We require someone to join work with the team and support the delivery of an ever-growing client. While based in Waterlooville, our 4 Day Working Week combined with hybrid working makes for a flexible working week and healthy work-life balance.

Your Team

You will work closely with the PPC Account Manager and SEO departments, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients while reporting to the Client & Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. PPC campaign creation and planning across various digital platforms.
2. Oversee current campaigns and implement strategies to optimise returns.
3. Manage client accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
4. Provide insights and suggestions to enhance current PPC campaign templates.
5. Present reports, data and performance outcomes to both clients and the digital marketing leadership team.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

1. Proficiency in Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display (Video experience beneficial).
2. Google Analytics (GA4) for reporting and analysis.
3. Knowledge of Google Merchant Center for managing and optimising product feeds.
4. Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Advertising and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
5. Ability to independently manage campaigns and carry out optimisation tasks across multiple platforms to achieve KPIs.
6. Proficiency in Google Looker Studio for data visualisation, (and ideally with Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis).
7. Focus on ROAS and CPA metrics; e-commerce experience/background is beneficial.
8. Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode.
9. Proactively suggest campaign improvements, conduct A/B testing, and implement audience targeting strategies.
10. Experience with keyword and competitor research platforms like SEMrush.
11. Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and other advertising platforms.
12. Understanding of SEO principles for cross-collaboration.
13. Familiarity with CRO techniques to improve keyword quality scores and customer journeys.

Qualifications:

1. 1.5-2 years of experience in PPC/Paid Media marketing.
2. Google Ads and Analytics certifications preferred.

2. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously.
3. Creative capabilities for testing ad graphics and copy.
4. Outstanding communication skills for developing campaigns and working within broader digital marketing teams.
5. Adaptability and willingness to stay current with developing trends in digital marketing.
