Job Duties:

The PPA Cover Teacher in Sevenoaks is responsible for providing cover for teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time. This involves delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subject areas to ensure continuity in students' learning.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have an Enhanced DBS on Update Service and relevant teaching qualifications.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.

Experience:

Previous experience in teaching or covering PPA sessions is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional teaching certifications or specialisations in specific subject areas are desirable.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working within a school setting, following the school's timetable, and collaborating with other teaching staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
