Power Platform Engineer

Proven experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including building model-driven and canvas apps in Power Apps, developing end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate, and producing insightful reports with Power BI. Experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions is key.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Ability to build strong relationships across both technical teams and non-technical business users.

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Understanding how Power Platform integrates with these services is essential.

A genuine interest in working within a regulated, customer-first environment, ideally within financial services. You should be comfortable navigating compliance requirements, data sensitivity, and user experience considerations to deliver secure and user-friendly solutions.
