1. Innovate: Design and deliver cutting-edge Power Management solutions that meet our high standards.
2. Lead: Provide technical leadership to ensure best practices and industry standards are upheld.
3. Achieve: Set and manage attribute targets, ensuring engineering delivery aligns with these goals.
4. Adapt: Manage late-stage changes and implement effective containment actions for pre-production builds.
5. Coordinate: Define and manage delivery timelines, keeping projects on track with our Mission process.
6. Collaborate: Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
7. Optimize: Oversee programme costs, delivering cost-effective solutions within budget and reporting issues promptly.
8. Support: Assist in pre-production builds, validating engineering solutions and resolving any issues.
