We're on the hunt for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing team in Nuneaton. If you know your way around a Gema automatic plant or similar and can switch confidently between manual spraying and robotic systems, this one's for you.
- Operating Gema automatic powder coating system
- Manual spraying in offline area when needed
- Ensuring high-quality, consistent finishes
- Supporting smooth production flow across both zones
- Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system upkeep
- £15 to £17/hr depending on experience
- Monday to Friday work stable schedule
