The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Farm Manager to join a respected agricultural business at their breeder laying farm in North Lincoln. In this hands-on role, you will assist the Farm Manager in maintaining high welfare and operational standards, oversee farm systems to ensure optimal bird conditions, and keep accurate records. You'll supervise Farm Assistants, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide cover during the Manager's absence. Strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to work independently are key to succeeding in this role.
