We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry with strong existing knowledge of what it takes to be the most high-value-add concierge. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, ambitious, and determined person who wants to take their career in the customer service and concierge space to the next level.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate with our team of specialists to serve our members and fulfill dining, experience, and travel requests, and create custom itineraries.
• Communicate with our worldwide team clearly and efficiently.
• Communicate with venues and suppliers to ensure the highest standards of service delivery are met.
