We are seeking a motivated and dynamic pharmacist to join our team in Neath Port Talbot Hospital.
This post will contribute to our comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to a range of medical, surgical and mental health areas. We undertake a number of pharmacist led clinics and the post holder will also gain experience in these areas.
We welcome applications from pharmacists who have already gained registration, in any sector of practice. There will be an opportunity to undertake a recognised post-registration qualification or credential.
As a post-registration pharmacist you will provide clinical pharmacy services to various specialities, on a rotational basis and participate in ward and dispensary services. The role will involve working within the extended pharmacy and multi-disciplinary teams where you will further enhance your autonomous practice and confidence as a post-registration pharmacist.
