Joining a highly reputable SRA accredited team, the successful legal assistant will manage a busy workload, handling both completions and post completions procedures from exchange of contracts through to closure.

Responsibilities

1. Handing client enquiries
2. Opening and archiving files
3. Dealing with exchange documents
4. Coordinating completions
5. Submitting SDLT returns
6. Land Registry submissions
7. Registrations
8. Post completion accounts

The Candidate

1. Paralegals or legal assistant with at least a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property
2. Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
3. Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
4. Demonstrates a keen eye for detail
5. Strives for high standards in their work
6. Is personable with a client-focused approach
7. Works well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
