Requirements:

1. Robust experience in delivering Positive Behavioural Support and/or ABA to those with Autism.
2. Personal or professional experience/understanding of people that have autism and/or learning disabilities.
3. Experience in team leading staff.
4. A positive person-focused mindset.
5. Able to drive or use a company shuttle service that picks up from Guildford.
6. Empathy.

Benefits:

1. £27,000 - £33,000 (DOE) per annum.
2. £500 joining bonus.
3. A shuttle bus service from Guildford station that takes you directly to the service.
4. Full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week guaranteed.
5. Day shifts ONLY: (9am-5pm) NO weekends, NO sleep-ins.
6. Christmas completely OFF.
7. Clear career progression and a variety of specialised fully funded qualifications and opportunities including a master's to become a fully qualified Autism Practitioner.
8. Annual Leave: 23 days plus bank holidays.
