Company Description

Accor Hotels - Iris Portfolio is seeking an up-and-coming HR Professional to join our Portfolio of 17 Hotels as our Talent & Culture Administrator.

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Working closely with the Portfolio Talent & Culture Business Partner, you will provide administrative support meeting the operational needs of the Hotels, aligning with Accor Talent & Culture Strategies and policies.
  2. Coordinating onboarding of new employees and maintaining ongoing support to our employees.
  3. Maintain Talent & Culture Systems including Staff files, learning systems, and Tracking.
  4. Guest Experience component.

Qualifications

About You:

  1. Self-driven, curious, with a strong desire to learn.
  2. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  3. Experience within the Hospitality industry desirable.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Canva desirable.
  5. Work Your Way with flexible work arrangements available, including location.
