Optimize business performance by supporting key initiatives in our Investment Governance Portfolio Process and Controls Team.

Job Summary:

As a Business Manager in the Investment Governance Portfolio Process and Controls Team, you will optimize our business performance by supporting key initiatives. You will collaborate with us to enhance our portfolio framework, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide delivery and execution support across the CIB Technology Portfolio.
  2. Ensure adherence to control standards.
  3. Produce delivery and execution reports for audit, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Engage in communications activities, including agenda preparation and training workshops.
  5. Support and analyze Pi and JIRA data hygiene activities.
  6. Serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, business lines, and finance teams.
  7. Produce presentations and analyses for senior management.
  8. Develop and present financial analysis, including budgets and forecasts.
  9. Conduct analyses on key issues to determine root causes and propose solutions.
  10. Collaborate with business partners to deliver initiatives effectively.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  2. Experience in Business Management or COO role.
  3. Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports.
  4. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  5. Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful design decisions.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  8. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  9. Strong time management and prioritization skills.

  1. Experience dealing with diverse stakeholder groups.
