We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Porter to join us in the Hotels at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!
First impressions count for a lot and you'll be one of the first people our guests meet as a Porter at the Alton Towers Resort. As such, you'll need to be an enthusiastic and helpful ambassador, as well as a mine of information - answering questions on everything from the geographical layout of the Resort to the latest promotions.
You'll also take responsibility for the safe handling of guest property, delivering it to their rooms as well as being on hand for any additional help they may need during their stay. In this role you could work in any of our amazing hotels.
