We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Porter to join our team in Embankment EC4Y 0DY and play a key role in delivering excellent services on our Fabulous Corporate Client Site.
What you'll do:

• Work in the post room and take incoming post/parcels, log, sort and distribute to relevant departments around the site
• Record deliveries on the booking in system
• Respond to email queries regarding postal room operations and logistical support
• Check products for damages
• Provide logistics support in moving furniture and room set up for meetings/events
• Deliver stock on site
• Assisting the Shop Supervisor with moving pallets and re-stocking shelves in the shop and stores.
• Ensure the loading bay and loading bay yard is kept tidy and organized at all times.

What you'll need:

• Good communication skills
• IT skills - ability to update records on systems (with training) and be able to use email and basic MS Office Packages (such as Word)
• Flexible in responding to business needs (shifts/tasks that need carried out)
