Are you an experienced personal injury solicitor ready to lead a team and deliver outstanding client outcomes?

This is your chance to take charge of a busy, high-performing Occupiers’ and Public Liability portal team at a nationally recognised firm. Managing a team of 10-15 Litigation Executives, you’ll focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction while driving innovation and process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor or legal executive with:

• Experience managing claimant personal injury portal caseloads, ideally involving Occupiers’ and Public Liability claims.
• A background in supervising large teams of paralegals.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and Pre-Action Protocols.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with case management systems and IT tools.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary (£40,000–£50,000) with a team bonus scheme.
• 3/2 hybrid working pattern after probation.
