Port Service Operative (none driving)

Stena Line’s Port Operations Team has a crucial part in this journey.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Transportation of passengers and luggage to the vessels
• Baggage handling from terminal to ferry
• Assisting passengers onto the ferries
• Traffic marshalling of all car passengers for same embarkement and disembarkement
• Housekeeping of port areas and other routine jobs as required.

What you will experience:

As part of a successful Port Operations team you will be responsible for the safe and successful transportation of passenger and vehicles to and from the vessels, whilst ensuring their experience is as pleasurable as possible by providing the highest standards of customer service to all our guests.

Do you have the ability to be trained on new vehicles/skills as required?

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and proven customer service experience.
