MAIN PURPOSE
This role is principally a Vessel Husbandry with the additional assistance to the wider Port Operations department.
You will act as Husbandry Officer for CMA CGM Group vessels. This includes the co-ordination of all aspects of the port call, from making berth arrangements and marine services ahead of the vessel’s arrival to finalising the call post sailing. It will be necessary to liaise with port authorities and terminal operators as well as with CMA CGM Group Head Office, to ensure all parties are kept up to date with vessel movements and productivity/progress during port calls.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that all areas of CMA CGM Group port operations run efficiently and that any local issues are overcome. Act as a focal point for internal and external stakeholders as required.
