As the SENIOR BID MANAGER with an Architectural, Project Management background within OSM Offsite Manufacturing Division, you would be joining PORCELANOSA’s international Hub team, playing a key role in expanding our Global presence in the contract market, working on prestigious architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate demand on target projects or custom services
2. Attend exhibitions, events and understand opportunities in line with Company expansion strategy
3. Manage and coordinate bid submissions for high-profile international projects
4. Prepare compelling presentations and sales proposals for the contract sector
5. Lead client pitches and represent Porcelanosa in strategic meetings
6. Willing to travel to engage in person with colleagues and stakeholders as required
7. Lead a small BMT Team and liaise with HQ DPM Team

Key Skills and Attributes:

1. Project management experience in London (or a similar market) is an essential requirement
2. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral
3. Strong sales and client engagement skills
4. 3D and Revit knowledge is desirable
