Job description

Role: Pool Plant Technician

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week to include evenings and weekends. To be worked in accordance with the maintenance rota.

Salary: Competitive

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing, BN15 9FP

Help to keep our facilities running smoothly

Our training ground is the home to our elite athletes in the first teams and academies. The state–of–the–art facility is equipped to support the training and education needs of all our teams, including a wide range of pools and other wellness facilities. These include two swimming pools with built in fast lanes, hydrotherapy pool, three hot treatment and three cold treatment baths and a jacuzzi. Our wellness centre also includes two steam rooms, a Hamman room and sauna. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic pool plant technician to manage the day–to–day operations of these facilities and the associated plant including period maintenance tasks.

About you

You will have current and previous experience in the areas mentioned above and hold a relevant pool plant qualification. You will demonstrate a passion for high performance to ensure that the facilities are always maintained to the highest standards. You will be a team player, with excellent communication skills.
