Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Must be able to speak fluent Polish)
Location - Newark
Salary: £25,800 - £26,800

Hybrid or onsite (depending on experience) working across 5 out of 6 days a week with some weekends involved (Typically a Saturday, must be able to work min. 1 in 2 weekend shifts). Working hours between 05:30-22:00, Monday - Sunday.

Job Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Polish Customer Service Agent to join a leading employer in the Newark area.

The Role of Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor involves:

1. Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both Polish and English business customers.
2. Providing 1st line technical support and excellent levels of customer service.
3. Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions.
4. Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve.
5. Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support.

The ideal candidate for Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor will:

1. Be fluent in both spoken and written Polish and English.
2. Able to investigate and resolve problems.
3. Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business.
4. Have excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills.
5. Have good working knowledge of MS Word.
6. Previous customer service experience is essential, technical support experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
