Police Trainer – Part-Time (3 or 4 Days Per Week)
Location: London University & various sites across London
Contract: 6 Months (Initial)
Start Date: 23rd September 2024
Daily Rates:
PAYE: £250.00
Umbrella: £320.38
Working Hours: Onsite, 3 or 4 days per week, 9am – 5pm
About the Role: Service Care Solutions is seeking experienced Trainer Facilitators to support the implementation of the National Management & Leadership Framework (NMFL) across key London sites, including the Docklands. This role is crucial to delivering a values, culture, and victim-focused training program, with the initial phase commencing on 23rd September for a 6-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
Phase 1 – Starting 23rd September:
Level 4 Education/Training Qualification OR College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme (TEP) OR equivalent experience.
Experience in operational policing or the criminal justice sector (highly desirable).
Phase 2 – Following the Initial 6 Months:
Level 4 Education or Training Qualification OR Completion of the College of Policing Trainer Essentials Programme (required).
Vetting: Current vetting status is required. We are liaising with the Vetting Unit and Met HR for potential exemptions due to the urgency of the start date.
