Product and Sales Specialist - Polestar

Location: Silverburn, Shopping Centre, Glasgow

Type: Permanent, full time

Hours: 42.5 per week. Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30, 9:30 - 18:30 & 12:00 - 21:00; Saturday 8:30 - 17:30, 9:30 - 19:00; Sunday 9:30 - 19:00

Salary: £27,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Lookers Glasgow Polestar is recruiting for an ambitious Product and Sales Specialist (EV) to join our hard-working and friendly team. You will work alongside our passionate team to provide Lookers customers with a first-class customer service experience.

The training is comprehensive, with personal training platforms, interactive webinars, and a buddy system, allowing individuals with no car knowledge to transition easily into the role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain additional skills and experience outside the core responsibilities, potentially involving Marketing and Events, Business Development, or our used vehicle programme. We are looking for candidates with a background in Sales and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone, and in person.
• Working with your team to ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met.
• Acting as a brand ambassador, providing a truly immersive, educational, and thrilling experience to our customers.
• Ensuring that every customer leaves with unforgettable memories.
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives.
• Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required.
• Driving forward all enquiry leads and building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are key to achieving fantastic results.

You will impress our customers with your passion for the brand and in-depth knowledge of our range of vehicles.

A full UK driving license is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
