Exciting opportunity for a Project Management Office (PMO) & Projects Lead to join a global environmental improvement product company, responsible for overseeing the project management framework, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and align with the company growth strategy. Birmingham area – hybrid working options.
This role involves training designated employees on project management skills, establishing best practices, and providing guidance on project execution. Also responsible for overseeing several key projects, and for supporting the project management tool (Monday) in terms of licenses, access, and best practices.

The aim of the Project Management Office & Projects Lead is to support profitable, organic growth, within the framework of foundational and breakthrough growth projects.
These projects in turn support sales of world class sustainable and innovative pest management solutions to both retail partners and to professional pest control customers and distributors across a global customer base, providing peace of mind and protecting public health. The role will also support some of the key sustainability and brand projects.
This position works with many teams including sales, marketing, human resources, and operations teams, with an emphasis on ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed milestones, KPIs and cost / profitability parameters. The ability to help project leads develop and drive SMART KPIs across projects is critical.
