PMO Analyst - Insurance, London

I am supporting a leading insurance company to recruit a PMO Analyst to join their team based in the United Kingdom. As the PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for strategic alignment to ensure the portfolio and change initiatives are in sync with the company's objectives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Overseeing the alignment of strategic initiatives within the portfolio.
2. Managing and coordinating change processes to ensure seamless integration.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Monitoring and reporting on project progress to senior management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE PMO Analyst:

1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in the insurance sector.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with strategic portfolio management and change management.
