Up to 31,000 per annum - static role, no call out rota

Permanent role for a plumbing/water maintenance technician, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday at a static site in Birmingham. There is no on call rota for this role. This will suit someone looking for a static role, working days, without the pressure of going on a call out rota.

In this role, your main duties will include (but not limited to):

• Maintenance on TMV's, Water Tanks, Showers, Taps, Calorifiers, Water Softeners, RO Plant, DI plant, water sampling and temperature checks.
• Working knowledge of Legionella and other water pathogens.
• Knowledge of water storage tank cleaning and disinfection.
• Undertake temperature monitoring, shower head cleaning and disinfection, tank visual inspections, water samples, calorifier visual inspections, TMV servicing, to name a few.

The ideal candidate will hold City and Guilds Level 2 in heating/ventilation/plumbing, with either previous experience or the desire to work at a static site.

On offer is a permanent position, paying up to 31,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
