Job Title: Plumbing Support Technician
Location: Dundee
Remuneration: £15 - £16 per hour
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Join our team as a Plumbing Support Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of plumbing systems! Your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing expert technical support during installations and troubleshooting.
2. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve installation challenges.
3. Delivering hands-on training and guidance on system usage and maintenance.
4. Conducting system configuration and calibration to meet specific customer needs.
5. Documenting installation processes and maintaining detailed service records.
6. Performing thorough testing of hardware and software to uphold quality standards.
7. Identifying and resolving product defects while contributing to quality assurance processes.
8. Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout your work.

Skills:

We're looking for a candidate with a passion for plumbing and a knack for problem-solving. You should have:

1. Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
2. Experience in pipe fitting and general connections.
3. Familiarity with pump and valve installations.
4. A commitment to Health and Safety best practices.

Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
