Plumbers

Multi Trade Plumber needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking planned work on local authority properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to undertake a wide variety of plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi-skilled level.
2. Provide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship.
3. This will include general response repairs / reactive maintenance.
4. Daily jobs will include all aspects of kitchen fitting, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decorating.

Requirements:

1. Have knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.
2. Full current driving license.
3. Competent to complete a wide variety of carpentry, plumbing, and other trade tasks at a multi-skilled level.
4. Demonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties.
5. Minimum NVQ level 2, or time-served experience in either carpentry, masonry, and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.
6. Experience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales.
7. Ability to undertake physically demanding work.
