Plumber Reactive Maintenance

Vision Personnel is working with an existing client searching for a Mobile Commercial Plumber.

Our client is looking for 6 Plumbers, 4 based in London & 2 in Essex. This role is specifically Reactive Maintenance.

Working location, Southeast region:

1. Essex
2. London
3. Home Counties
4. Kent

The Plumber needs to be based in or close to London/Essex.

You will be completing jobs on behalf of the below companies:

1. Boots
2. KFC
3. TFL
4. Cine World (Cinemas)
5. Pubs
6. Restaurants
7. Possibly Social Housing Contracts

Must have requirements:

1. On-call 1 week every 6 weeks
2. On-call times: Monday - Friday (12 PM - 10 PM), Weekends (10 AM - 8 PM)
3. NVQ Level 2
4. G3 Certified
5. Plant room experience
6. Own tools
7. Driver's license
8. Needs to have a commercial background
9. 8+ years of driving experience
10. 4 years experience

Duties on site:

1. Commercial plumbing
2. Reactive maintenance

Benefits:

1. Weekday call out rate, £230
2. Weekend call out rate, £250

6. Early start bonuses ranging from £100-£75-£50-£25
7. Weekends and overtime is X 1.5 the agreed hourly rate
8. Night shifts is £100 - £75 plus agreed day rate
