Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing and multi-trade tasks in social housing properties. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks, installing pipes, and maintaining plumbing systems.
2. Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks, such as carpentry, tiling, and basic electrical work.
3. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance of plumbing systems.
5. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
7. Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth operations.
8. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience as a plumber and multi trader in the social housing sector.
2. Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing).
3. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
4. Ability to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites as required.
