Job description

Join our team: We are looking for a multi-skilled Plumber.

As part of our team, you will carry out all repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks, both internal and external, relating to your trade. You will ensure we deliver our right first-time approach while complying with all our health and safety, customer, and quality standards. As part of these roles, you may also need to mentor an apprentice, volunteer, or work experience placement.

You will carry out work on domestic properties, which will include showers, sanitary wear, kitchen sinks, toilet cisterns, drainage, mains water, and more. You'll also need to carry out minor building works as required, such as plastering, brickwork, painting, joinery, roofing, and tiling jobs.

In order to be successful in this role, you:

  • Will have in-depth knowledge of both relevant legislation and repairs and maintenance of buildings in relation to your specific trade.
  • Will need an NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in the relevant trade.
  • Will have proven experience in your relevant trade.
  • Must have a full UK driving license (if you have a disability, we will explore reasonable adjustments with you).

As part of this role, you may be eligible for allowances including an enhanced tool allowance, multiskilling allowance, and callout payments, which will be discussed if you are invited to an interview.
