Basic salary up to £35,360 plus additional regular overtime and call-out payments. Van, fuel card, uniform, IT equipment, and test equipment will be provided.

Location: Havant and surrounding areas

Reed Recruitment are recruiting for maintenance plumbers for our client who is an established and reputable local business with experience in providing responsive repairs and maintenance solutions to local authorities and housing associations.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 17:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

It’s a dynamic Repairs & Maintenance team that plays a crucial role in diagnosing and executing repairs to meet customer specifications and contractual scope. Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Diagnose and carry out the right repairs within the customer’s specifications and scope of contract (quality, time, and cost) on each and every job.
2. Undertake all aspects of plumbing repairs/maintenance work.
3. Assess the work requirements when you get to site.
4. Diagnose and carry out the right repair(s), right first time.

The ideal Plumbers will be able to display the following:

1. A full driving licence - no more than 3 points.
2. Previous plumbing experience working on social housing contracts or undertaking domestic housing repairs.
