£14.35 Per Hour + company van and fuel card

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced plumber to join our team in Dover. Working with Dover District Council on a variety of residential works, including occupied, void properties, and communal areas, our team produces work to the highest standards and delivers outstanding customer service.

As a Plumber, you will undertake response maintenance works on the ECC Response Contract, including out-of-hours cover (approx. 1 week in 4). Experience is required in all maintenance plumbing, including bathroom/wet room installs, hot water cylinders, and leak detection.

You will be responsible for first and second fix installations in kitchens and bathrooms, which may involve full or partial replacements. The response and maintenance plumber will deal with pipe work, fitting sanitary wear, fixing leaks, and renewing plumbing parts.

Participation in call-out cover is required to ensure contract compliance and service user satisfaction for emergency repairs.

Key Criteria:

  • A trade qualification in Plumbing.
  • On-the-job experience.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving License.
  • Provide your own hand tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
