Job description

Job Title: Plumber

Contract: Permanent - Mobile role

Salary: GBP31,363.00 per year, plus standby payments OTE GBP36000

Looking to recruit a plumber to join a leading Property Services Company to undertake Install, repair/ replace hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers and toilets and waste systems works around the Ellesmere & Chester area.

Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
  2. Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include full plumbing repairs within a social housing setting
  3. Work efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience
Requirements:
  1. Full UK driving licence
  2. NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
  3. Strong Health and Safety knowledge
  4. Skilled workers who hold a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools
  5. Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
