Job description

Are you an experienced Plumber? Then this is for you. We do have an opening in Bristol for Plumber.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week. In return you will receive:

Salary: GBP36k

Location: Static, Bristol

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Holidays: 25+8 days holidays

Additional Benefits: No call outs, Overtime

Requirements / Qualifications:

Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 2 / 3 in plumbing / equivalent

Day to Day Duties:

1. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fabric structures.
2. Identify and repair damages to fabric installations.
3. Assist with installation and upgrades of fabric systems.
4. Select, procure, and manage fabric materials and tools.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
6. Maintain documentation and prepare reports on fabric conditions.
7. Coordinate with maintenance staff and communicate with management.
8. Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
9. Train and supervise junior staff and maintenance personnel.
10. Apply technical expertise to solve fabric-related issues.
11. Carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling etc.
