Job Title: Plumber

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Hourly Rate: £19.29 Per hour

Work vehicle provided

Fuel card

Contract length: 4 - 6 weeks

Overview for Plumber role:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the social housing sector and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

1. Scope of plumbing works to support with overload of works on occupied and voided properties within a social housing contractor.
2. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
3. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
4. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.

Requirements for Plumber role:

1. DBS, JIB-PMES Plumbing & Mechanical Services, Asbestos Awareness UKATA or IATP.
2. Full UK Driving License.
