About the Role:

PLS Supply Optimisation Initiatives Manager is part of the Commercial Operations & Partner Experience team within PLS, working on the rollout and growth of strategic supply initiatives for our B2B distribution partners. The role involves optimising all inventory contracted, run, or ingested by Expedia Group`s Supply Partners and consumed by PLS Partners, focusing on Third-Party Inventory (3PI) distribution, Car Supply, and other distribution initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Define and track KPIs to measure program success and impact on business performance (starting with 3PI inventory and Car Supply).
• Identify, frame and prioritise new supply optimisation opportunities in a structured & analytical way. Clearly communicate options, risks, and trade-offs.
• Lead the operationalisation of said initiatives. Acquire consensus & commitment from key partners and various teams involved in execution, own the execution with relevant stakeholders.
• Together with key stakeholders across the organisation, help define the right supply distribution principles & ensure alignment across programs.
• Support PLS commercial teams in optimising 3PI and Car supply, equip them with all relevant resources & identify new business opportunities to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with teams across multiple parts of EG.
• Promote an environment where teamwork (both within the team and across the organisation), open communication, engagement, continuous improvement and diversity of thought are not only maintained but constantly improved.
• Other reasonable duties, as assigned.

Who you are:

• 5+ years` experience in strategy consulting and/or similar role in a leading technology company; MBA a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to strategise, craft and implement bold goals.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and execution skills.
• Results-oriented, appetite for driving business impact.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
• Able to work effectively in a complex, diverse, changing environment. Adapts well and is energised by change.
• Works to understand both internal and external stakeholder needs and develops plans to meet them.
• Strong teammate, ability to act as one team.
