National, Legal 500 law firm are recruiting an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer to join their Birmingham offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Plot Sales Conveyancer role within an award-winning legal practice that prides themselves on their loyal client base, inclusive workplace culture and fantastic employee development opportunities.

As a Plot Sales Conveyancer, your day-to-day tasks may include:

1. Drafting and sending out part exchange paperwork
2. Pre-contract enquiries
3. Reporting on title and searches
4. Working across a wide range of transactions

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous Residential Conveyancing or Plot Sales experience who is looking for something new to grow within a well-respected team and develop on their already existing skills.
