Control Systems Engineer

The ROLE
The Control Systems Engineer will be part of a team delivering Systems Integration for projects mainly in the food industry. The minutia of the role includes:

1. Developing PLC, HMI and SCADA software
2. Participating in the whole project life cycle
3. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and the rest of your team
4. Performing testing with customers
5. Carrying out on-site commissioning

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Control Systems Engineer with the following background:

1. Experience with PLC and SCADA/HMI platforms
2. Desire to learn new technologies
3. Background working with customers delivering projects
4. Good understanding of setting up, commissioning, and fault finding of industrial networks would be advantageous
5. Experience working in an engineering environment
6. Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
7. Take pride in doing a good job

Package: Salary £55,000 - £62,500 Depending on experience, Company pension scheme, 25 Days holiday, plus bank holidays, Profit Share scheme, Share scheme.

Location: Peterborough
This role is commutable from: Peterborough, Stamford, Corby, Uppingham, Wansford, Yaxley, Oundle, Kettering, Northampton, Cambridge, Thrapston, Wellingborough, Huntingdon, Sawtry, Raunds.
