The on target earning potential for this role is £12.19 - £12.80 hourly rate, compromising of a base hourly rate of £11.60 - £12.21 plus a qualified estimate of £0.59 gratuities per hour.

About the role

To be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of maintaining the outside fun zones within the resort, working closely with the Landscape team. The hours are 12pm to 7pm- Saturday-Sunday and any Bank holiday support/Easter/summer/Half term etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Landscape Team in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our outdoor activity areas.
  • Acting as a key point of contact in the area when the team is absent, keeping the space running smoothly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Monitoring the area and offering friendly guidance to guests when needed.
  • Completing and logging handover and daily operational checks to ensure consistent standards.
  • Reporting any issues or defects promptly to maintain our high-quality environment.
  • Lone working (with full departmental support), ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld.
