Location
You will be based at our Schroders Campus near Horsham, West Sussex. Experience the serene countryside environment while benefiting from state-of-the-art technology and spacious facilities. Our campus features an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and gym, serving as a great working environment. We offer a dedicated shuttle bus for commuters to and from Horsham’s mainline train station. Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and execute various processes within the control function
  • Participate in team meetings and provide valuable feedback
  • Be cross-trained in multiple administrative functions to support different business areas
  • Develop knowledge of Platforms in the Financial Services market
  • Follow procedures to ensure positive client outcomes
  • Source information and think critically to identify solutions
  • Review data for accuracy and implement corrective actions for control failures
  • Assist in overseeing client-facing literature, collaborating with Marketing and Operational teams

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English Language
  • 2 A Levels or equivalent
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Background in technical writing and process documentation
