Plasterer - Social Housing

Spencer and James are currently seeking experienced Plasterers with a history of social housing reactive works to join a tier 1 main contractor in London. Our client offers stability in permanent contracts; ideal candidates will have previous experience working for a main contractor in social housing.

• £37,000 annual salary, based on experience
• Permanent contract

About the role:

You will deliver reactive maintenance to social housing properties in South East London. Work will be assigned via a PDA device, and you will complete daily work sheets to keep track of the jobs completed and materials used. This role is mobile; therefore, a driver's license is essential.

Duties include:

• Plastering repairs and renewals
• Delivering high-quality work standards
• Working productively to complete tasks in alignment with your assigned schedule
• Communicating well with colleagues and residents
• Reporting to a Supervisor
• Full UK driver's license
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Superb standard of work
