Plasterer Multi's wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector

As the year is coming to a close and some sectors may be winding down for Christmas, we are very much up and running with a busy December ahead and some great opportunities with some market-leading clients.

Over at Skilled Careers, we are currently recruiting for a number of Plasterer Multi Traders for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renowned housing association based in the Wembley area.

There are several positions available, with interviews taking place this week!

As a Plasterer Multi, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
2. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
3. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
4. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
5. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

We are looking for a confident Plasterer who is also able to complete tiling and painting/decorating maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

A full UK Driving Licence and a trade qualification is needed for this role.

About the Plasterer Multi role:

Salary: Up to £43k per year, paid weekly via CIS.
Location: Wembley
