Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Preston, Lancashire, who are looking for a Plasterer to join their reactive repairs team. A van and fuel card is provided, with prohibited personal use.

Responsibilities of the Plasterer include:

1. Completing reactive plastering work on void and tenanted social housing properties
2. Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
3. Maintaining van stock
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Maintaining a clean and working environment within customers' homes

Essential criteria of the Plasterer include:

1. Full UK Driving License
2. City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plastering
3. Willingness to undergo basic DBS check
