Plant Operator - Block PlantLocation: WidnesSalary: £32,878 per yearHours: 40 hours per week (potential to work up to 48 hours when needed)Shifts: Rotating weekly - 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00

We’re looking for a Plant Operator to join our team! If you’re hardworking, a team player, and have experience in a manufacturing or production environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating sections of the production line, ensuring smooth running and quality control
Carrying out observations, tests, and assessments to maintain product standards
Removing and replacing sub-standard products
Replenishing packaging materials
Performing minor maintenance tasks
Cleaning down equipment at the end of production
Completing basic paperwork (quality control forms, production records, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

A good team player with strong communication skills
A keen work ethic and attention to detail
A current FLT licence (beneficial but not essential)
Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling, working at heights, and using hand tools
Willingness to wear PPE, including respiratory protective equipment when required
Basic numeracy and legible handwriting for documentation
